Laser or pellet rifles
Like our recent Olympic biathlon champions, come and take up the challenge!
Biathlon is an event combining two disciplines: cross-country skiing and rifle shooting. ESF La Bresse in Lispach offers you this Olympic sport, which combines the endurance needed for cross-country skiing with the calm and lucidity required for shooting.
Children from the age of 8 can be taught using a laser rifle. Shooting is done with a laser or air rifle, depending on the level and at a distance of 10 metres.
- Beginners and Classe 1: I discover the components of biathlon,
- Classe 2: I improve my processes with moderate effort,
- Classe 3: I master the basics at different intensities,
- Expert class: I adopt all the elements of biathlon effectively.
Biathlon group course
To progress, you'll learn both techniques by alternating shooting and skiing phases.
It is advisable to have some knowledge of cross-country skiing to begin with. The skating style is normally used for biathlon, but it can also be done in classic style.

The ability booklet will be validated according to the result obtained in the test: bronze biathlon, silver biathlon, vermeil biathlon, gold biathlon.
