The instructors at esf La Bresse in Lispach offer group Nordic walking lessons from the age of 3.
Piou Nordique group class
We offer group Nordic Walking lessons from 3 to 6 years old.
Lessons last one hour a day.
Children wear cross-country skis. They learn to put on skis, walk, slide and balance, having fun. Cross-country skiing provides a good basis for downhill skiing.
